TRANSHUMAN
Kevin Warwick, I Cyborg
The exhibition explores the transhumanist vision of Kevin Warwick, presented as a “factory of the human of the future.” Set within a speculative industrial environment, the experience unfolds through a sequence of rooms simulating the stages of human–machine integration.
Visitors interact with digital avatars, external implants, and cognitive interfaces, progressively moving from biological limitations to an enhanced, data-driven condition. Access to an expanded mnemonic database introduces new forms of perception and decision-making, leading to a loss of human control in favor of machine autonomy.
The final stage represents a complete synthesis between human and machine. Also inspired by the projects of Steve Mann, Dani Clode, and Stelarc, the exhibition combines scientific research and immersive storytelling, questioning the limits and consequences of technological evolution.
